Quadruple the Fun

This week we played host to my aunt, uncle, and their 14 yr-old QUADRUPLETS (Cornell-Weill was a little more aggressive their transfers in the early 90's if you're wondering).

We usually do the visiting. I enjoyed getting to play host for once and have the chance to show them around Atlanta.

We had a lot of fun and it actually gave me a chance to relax since they entertained Emily for me, and did most of the cooking and cleaning. Of course I told with them not to worry about it, they were our guests afterall. But my aunt runs a tight ship with military precision, so they just jumped right in and did everything. Guess that's the approach you need to take when you're raising 4 little ones all the same age. They're really good kids.

They left yesterday morning to spend the weekend in Savannah before driving back to NJ, and we headed to the airport. Now we're in NY for the holiday and to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Where does the time go?

If only all my runs could look like this. Yes, I said run. The 2XU compression sleeves I bought this week have been like a silver bullet for my calf cramps.

What do y'all have planned for the 4th of July?

  1. I love my CEP sleeves, but I'll bet those 2XU are even more compressy (new word, right there).
